CASCY FORGE PRODUCTS is one of the small-scale industries which manufacturing bolts, screws, pins and rivets for brake, clutch and horn assembly for automotive and engineering applications.
For inspection and testing of the product, the company has many facilities and also they follow the popular method 8D – the problem solving process by manually entered into the MS-EXCEL to solve critical problems in the production process.
The goals of this method are to find the root cause of a problem, develop containment actions to protect customers and take corrective action to prevent similar problems in the future.
ePRA gives a wonderful solution to the Cascy Forge Product to implement their 8D process in a successful manner. It also provides the Rejection Analysis Report specifically on the basis of detected location, source location, supplier name, defect code, etc., They can see their results in the chart representation.
eCHIT
An entity managing a chit fund scheme is usually referred to as a chit fund company. A chit fund company will usually have many different chit fund schemes, with each of the chit fund scheme having a set of members and a limited duration.
This company’s Operations typically involve floating of chit fund schemes, finding the potential members, enrolling the members into a chit, collecting the contributions, conducting the chit auctions, distributing the funds and then most importantly maintaining the books. In South Indian Culture, Gifts received from Guests at Ceremonies plays a major role. After having the feast, attendees started queuing up to gift and the person who is receiving the gift started scribbling entries manually in a thick notebook. Then the accounting of cash and gifts (also called moy) received from Guests and their details have to be maintained for many years which involve huge work.
Moy, both received and paid, have to be meticulously accounted, particularly in Usilampatti and surrounding regions in Madurai, with almost every household maintaining a notebook for each ceremony organized by them. Bitter quarrels, and embarrassing relatives over a loudspeaker for not making a moy contribution are often reported.
eMOY gives best solution to computerize the collection and tracking of moy. Each moy contributor’s name and address was quickly keyed in and a printed receipt handed over as well as they will receive an SMS to their registered Mobile numbers. The receipt has the details of the function, the money they had given, and a thank you note from the host.
eMOY also provides details of all moy contributions printed in a tabular format, along with a soft copy, soon after the function ended. The software also enables area-wise analysis of contributions.
